- Daily Morning Report Date: 26.06.2025
- NIFTY OUTLOOK: 25244.75 FII: -2427.74 cr DII: 2372.96 cr
- As discussed yesterday, market behaviour remained on expected lines during the day.
- Positive sentiment helped Nifty cross 25112 and rally up to 25267. It closed near our resistance level of 25243, at 25244.75.
- A small bullish candle on the daily chart indicates continuation of positive sentiment. If Nifty crosses 25309, it may rally towards 25374–25439. If demand increases further, it could test 25507.
- On the downside, 25179 to 25115 may act as immediate support. A break below this zone could drag Nifty towards 25050–24985.

- Note:
- Sales of new U.S. single-family homes fell more than expected in May, as high mortgage rates hit demand, increasing the supply of unsold houses. New home sales, which are recorded at the time of contract signing, dropped 6.3% y-o-y in May and remain volatile with frequent revisions.
- Fed Chair Powell told lawmakers on Tuesday that inflation is expected to rise this summer, and the central bank is not in a hurry to cut rates. The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate hovered just below 7% in May, according to Freddie Mac.
- As far as Indian equities are concerned, Nifty looks poised for a breakout after eight months. It has closed above 24200 for the first time since October 2024. If it sustains and closes above 24250 on Friday, it may confirm a breakout toward an all-time high in the next two months—provided no major global event disrupts the trend.
- Some sectors like Pharma, Metals, and Realty remain undervalued, while midcaps still trade at a 20–25% discount from last year’s highs. PE expansion is likely in the coming quarters, as RBI has infused ample liquidity to support growth.

- SI, ASTRA, and PRINCPIP are some of the key players operating in the Indian plastic piping space. We believe these companies are well-positioned to gain further market share and deliver healthy earnings. We initiate coverage on SI, ASTRA, and PRINCPIP
- ** *SUPREME INDS*: Its revenue/EBITDA/ Adj. PAT is estimated to report a robust CAGR of 14%/20%/23% over FY25-FY28, driven by healthy volume growth (at 13% CAGR) and improving margin profile. We initiate coverage on the stock with a BUY rating and a TP of INR5,400 (premised on 45x FY27E P/E, which reflects a 22% premium over the stock’s five-year average one-year forward P/E).
- ** *ASTRAL*: Its revenue/EBITDA/Adj. PAT is estimated to clock a CAGR of 16%/ 17%/23% over FY25-FY28, driven by volume growth (12% CAGR). We initiate coverage on the stock with a BUY rating and a TP of INR1,800 (premised on 45x FY27E P/E, which implies a 33% discount over the stock’s five-year average one-year forward P/E).
- ** *PRINCE PIPES*: Its revenue/EBITDA/Adj. PAT would report a robust CAGR of 15%/38%/73% over FY25-FY28E due to a low base, driven by 12% volume CAGR. PRINCPIP is currently trading at 22x FY27 EPS, which is an attractive valuation given the growth trajectory. We initiate coverage on the stock with a BUY rating and a TP of INR500 (premised on 32x FY27E P/E).
