  • Daily Morning Report – Date: 11th July 2025
  • NIFTY OUTLOOK: 25,355.25 FII: Rs. 221.06 cr DII: Rs. 591.33 cr
  • As discussed yesterday, market behaviour remained on expected lines. Nifty attempted to cross 25,520 at the open but failed and slipped towards our support of 25,345, making a low of 25,340 and closing near support at 25,355.
  • A long bearish candle on the daily chart has shifted sentiment to bearish. Nifty may find support around 25,267–25,223. If selling pressure increases, it could test 25,178. An interim support may also emerge near 25,311.
  • On the upside, 25,401–25,443 may act as immediate resistance. A breakout and sustained move above this range could push Nifty towards 25,487–25,533.
  • Bank Nifty Outlook
  • Spot: 56,956 PCR: 0.86 Max CE OI: 56,000 Max PE OI: 56,000
  • On 10th July 2025, Bank Nifty closed at 56,956, down 0.45% from the previous day. The index moved 453.15 points during the session, hitting a high of 57,339.75 and a low of 56,886.60.
  • Technical View (Daily Chart)
  • Key support and resistance levels are at 56,750 and 57,350, respectively.
  • Intraday Strategy
  • Go long above 57,090 with SL at 57,010 and target 57,210.
  • Go short below 56,830 with SL at 56,875 and target 56,690.
  • Indicators
  • RSI is at 56.30 (below 30 is oversold, above 70 is overbought).
  • Bank Nifty is trading above 6 out of 8 SMAs (20, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200-day) and below the 5 & 10-day SMAs.
  • No active candlestick pattern was identified.
  • Macros.
  • 1. Dollar index @ 97.5
  • 2. Vix @ 15.78 ( -1)
  • 3. Brent crude @ 69.02
  • 4. US 10 years bond yield 4.362
  • Note: The number of Americans filing new jobless claims unexpectedly fell to a seven-week low last week, indicating that employers are holding on to workers despite signs of a cooling labor market. This reduces the urgency for the Federal Reserve to resume rate cuts. Initial claims declined for the fourth straight week, ending 5th July.
  • As usual, Trump imposed a 35% trade tariff on Canada. However, most Asian markets traded positively, suggesting that markets are not reacting strongly to tariff news, especially as the deal deadline has been extended.
  • For Indian equities, the earnings season has begun and needs to be tracked closely, as it will be the next major market trigger. Liquidity alone may not be enough to sustain elevated levels for long.
