JTL IND : JTL Industries signed an MOU with RCI Industries to produce up to 200 MT/month of copper and brass alloys on a job-work basis.
RCI, a listed company with a ₹9 crore market cap, operates a 15,000 MTPA plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
JTL's strategic acquisition aligns with its expansion into defense supplies, supporting India's "Make in India" initiative.
Upon NCLT approval, the plant will be fully owned by JTL and is expected to boost revenue by FY27.
